OLYMPIA — A real estate broker says the former Olympia brewery property in Tumwater has a buyer after sitting idle for more than a decade. Broker Troy Dana told The Olympian that developers with NW Investment Group expect to close the deal by the end of the year.
They plan to turn the property into space for a contract brewery, contract distillery, pub, restaurant, and retail shops.
