Sasquatch! announces 2015 return

Sasquatch! will be getting back to basics.

The music festival in Quincy will return for four days in 2015, with dates set for May 22-25. Memorial Day weekend has been Sasquatch!’s usual home turf: in 2014, the event attempted to launch two three-day festivals, with a second, set for the July Fourth weekend, canceled due to slow ticket sales.

The Sasquatch Music Festival is all about music, but a frat house party scene thrives at the campground.

The event also had its share of audience theatrics and wildness, from the very fit naked man who climbed and swung around the Narwhal Stage to the endless campground drinking and drugging that The Oregonian’s Jamie Hale called “the biggest frat party in the Pacific Northwest.”

The full lineup for Sasquatch!’s 2015 event will be announced in February, but passes went on sale this week. For more information, visit SasquatchFestival.com.
