• CytoDyn Inc., a biotechnology company focused on the development of new therapies for combating infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), has appointed Carl Dockery to its board of directors.

Dockery is a financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. In 2006 he founded a registered investment advisory firm, Alpha Advisors, LLC.

• Columbian Credit Union has hired Tracie Jellison as vice president business lending. Jellison has 25 years of sales and financial relationship management experience. Prior to joining the credit union, she served as a private banker for a regional financial institution.

• Vancouver-based Sigma Design has added four people to its team, including two mechanical engineers, Robert De La O and Josh Dankovchik. De La O brings 17 years of experience in product development, design and testing, and Dankovchik has eight years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.

Andrea Cameron, with 15 years experience in professional services marketing and communication, joins the company as marketing coordinator. She has a degree in communication from Western Washington University. Juan Jimenez, who was hired as a recruiter, brings six years of experience to his new position.

Levi Axlund, a territory development representative, has won the 2014 Sales Employee of the Year Award from Corwin Beverage Co. The award recognizes excellence in teamwork, customer service and sales execution. He has been with the company for eight years.

Bob Adams has joined Columbia Credit Union as vice president of Columbia Wealth Management. Adams, with 30 years experience, will work through Cetera Advisor Networks to lead a team of four investment advisor representatives.

• NW Speech Therapy, founded in 2009, has opened a pediatric speech therapy office in the Academy building, 400 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.
