A man robbed a US Bank Wednesday afternoon in Vancouver. The branch is next to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.

The robbery was reported at 8700 E. Mill Plain Blvd. in the North Garrison Heights neighborhood. A man, described as being in his mid-30s with bleach blond hair, came into the branch and demanded cash, said Vancouver police Officer Ilia Botvinnik. The man didn’t show any weapons and left the branch with an undisclosed amount of money.

Officers and police dogs canvassed the area in search of the suspect but did not find him. Botvinnik said the agency is investigating and will review surveillance footage.
