Morning commuters experienced more congestion than usual this morning.

Heavy rainfall yesterday and overnight broke records and made roads slick.

Interstate 5 near Hazel Dell, heading into Portland, is still experiencing stop-and-go traffic.

Westbound lanes of Interstate 84 were closed early Thursday morning after a semi jackknifed near Fairview, Ore., according to KATU news.

The crash happened early in the morning at NE 207th and the semi spilled about 150 gallons of fuel.

Oregon Department of Transportation Officials said cleaning up the fuel spill would take time and they were unsure how long the roads would be closed. Traffic was being rerouted off 181st.
