Body at Everett recycling center was crushed

EVERETT — The Snohomish County medical examiner’s office says a man who was found dead Thursday afternoon at a paper recycling center in Everett was accidentally crushed.

He was identified Saturday as 23-year-old Travis A. Thurman of Everett. The cause of death is blunt force crushing injuries of the head and trunk.

A worker found the body in a bin at the Fibres International recycling center.
