SPOKANE VALLEY — A members-only medical marijuana dispensary in Spokane Valley is holding a Halloween Party for children.
A co-owner of the Members Lounge, Kevin Jacobs, told The Spokesman-Review the member parents decided to hold a party for their children.
Jacobs say all the marijuana, pipes and other paraphernalia will be moved out of the marijuana lounge for the Halloween party. After the kids go home at 9 p.m. it will be adults only again.
