Human Services Council is looking for a volunteer to design and create brochures, fliers, and other promotional materials for its 1-Call/1-Click Transportation Resource Center.

Clark College Foundation seeks volunteer assistance with mailings and events.

Columbia Land Trust needs site stewards to work independently to monitor for site changes, remove invasive weeds, plant trees, survey for wildlife and remove litter. It also needs a data entry volunteer to work with the donor database.

Evergreen Habitat for Humanity is looking for a marketing and communications volunteer to help with social media updates, a monthly eNewsletter and news releases, and to update the website. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is necessary.

Meals on Wheels People is seeking drivers and substitute drivers to deliver meals to homebound individuals. The average time commitment is 1½ to 2 hours per day.

• Vancouver Urban Forestry seeks Vancouver residents who are tree enthusiasts to become stewards in the NeighborWoods Program. Stewards receive free education from experts on tree identification, tree biology, tree care, Vancouver tree regulations, planting, and native trees and shrubs. Stewards then act as liaisons to their neighborhood associations, provide tree-related advice, and conduct tree plantings or tree-related educational projects in their neighborhoods.

NeighborWoods training sessions will be from 6 to 8 p.m. every Thursday from Sept. 25 through Nov. 6 at City Hall, 415 W. 6th St., Vancouver. Participants must register in advance and attend every session. Participation is limited to 20 people.
