The free event, organized by the Washington State University Clark County Extension, will highlight the variety of agricultural producers in the county. Farms will open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to offer tours, demonstrations, talks and various activities.

Twelve local farms will participate in Harvest Celebration Day this year: Coyote Ridge Ranch in La Center, White Oak Alpacas in Woodland, Yacolt Mountain Farm and Nursery in Yacolt, Northwest Organic Farms in Ridgefield, Kunze Farms in Vancouver, Bi-Zi Farms in Vancouver, Botany Bay Farm in Brush Prairie, Half Moon Farm in Brush Prairie, Velvet Acres Gardens in Vancouver, Garden Delights CSA and Herb Farm in Brush Prairie, Conway Family Farm in Camas and Linda’s Dahlias in Washougal.

More information about the event, including schedules and farm locations, is available through the WSU extension online at clark.wsu.edu. Materials are also available at the extension office at 1919 N.E. 78th Street in Vancouver.
