Letter: Tired of campaign signs

The Columbian
Published: September 4, 2014, 5:00pm

Summer is the time our community should be looking its best. Instead, each year we allow political signage to clutter the landscape. A large percentage of it is placed illegally on public property. When did the public give their permission?

The politicians are sending the wrong message to our young folks, as well as the population in general. It is OK for them to bend the law but the rest of us — oh no! Post your egos elsewhere. We are tired of looking at your names.
