Vancouver police found Zachary Dicke at Illahee Elementary School just before 6 p.m. today. He was reunited with his family.

Vancouver police are searching for a missing 8-year-old boy. Zachary Dicke got on the bus at Illahee Elementary School near Southeast 192nd Avenue and First Street.

He was reported missing when he didn’t arrive home from school. Police determined that he got off the school bus at Northeast Seventh Street and 176th Court, which isn’t his normal bus stop, according to 911 dispatchers.

Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency is sending out a reverse 911 to homes in the area.

Police are canvassing the area in search of the boy, described as 4 feet 4 inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a dragon design, pants and a backpack.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
