Crash in Amboy kills motorcyclist

A man driving a motorcycle was killed Sunday evening when his bike collided with a vehicle in Amboy, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The man was driving his motorcycle east on Northeast Cedar Creek Road near the intersection with Columbia Tie Road when it collided with a westbound sedan at about 8:30 p.m., according to a press release from the sheriff’s office.

The driver and passenger in the sedan were not injured and both cooperated with investigators, the press release says.

More information, including the name of the man who died, was not released Sunday night.

The sheriff’s traffic unit is investigating the crash.
