With the advent of electrical needs it would make sense that solar power be added to the Clark Public Utilities grid. And give ratepayers the option of hydropower, wind power and solar electrical power.
This kind of choice was opened to ratepayers by Columbia River PUD, covering St. Helens, Ore., and other cities in the Columbia County jurisdiction.
