Letter: Move is disruptive to disabled

I have heard that Vancouver’s Veterans Affairs campus is going to remove an expensive bus transit stop that it built so C-Tran bus routes 3A, 3B and 39 could pick up and drop off passengers to build a new clinic building in that location. A July 28 story reported “VA set to build new care clinic in Vancouver.”

It’s a major waste of money and an inconvenience to disabled veterans. (Proposed is moving the campus bus drop-off area to Army Avenue.) They have many other areas on the campus to build another clinic.
