ATLANTA– Atlanta police say the all clear has been given after a report of a suspicious device prompted a partial terminal closure at the world’s busiest airport.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport spokesman Reese McCranie says the departure area of the international terminal was cordoned off while police and the FBI investigated Monday afternoon. Passengers were temporarily blocked from checking in for their flights.

Details about the device and potential flight delays weren’t immediately available.
