Gallery 360, whose lease expires this month at its Ninth Street location in downtown Vancouver, will soon move into the Slocum House in Esther Short Park.
Susan Williams, president of the Mosaic Arts Alliance which runs Gallery 360, said the nonprofit’s members are thrilled as they prepare to move next month to the city-owned building at 605 Esther St.
Williams said Gallery 360 is teaming up with East Fork Cellars Winery, which will continue to operate out of the Slocum House, to host wine- and art-related events.
Gallery 360 will hold a kick-off art show called “Phoenix Rising” during the city’s First Friday Art Walk from 5 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 7. The deadline for entries is Oct. 10. Learn more at www.gallery360.org
