Police found Kinnard Dillard in Skamania County and reunited him with his family.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Vancouver man in the early stages of dementia.

Kinnard Dillard, 79, left his residence in the 500 block of Miami Way in a white four-door 1991 Buick Park Avenue about 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to Vancouver police.

He told his wife he was going shopping but did not return, but police say he is in the early stages of dementia and is sometimes forgetful.

Dillard is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 165 pounds and was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki pants and white shoes. The license plate of the vehicle he was driving is AEN4830.

If anyone sees Dillard or has any information as to his whereabouts, they are asked to call 911.
