I read with interest the Sept. 14 article “In Townsend’s résumé, disputes over integrity” about the race for Clark County prosecutor and about one of the candidates. I am a former deputy prosecutor who has worked directly with Tony Golik in two counties through 10 years. I also worked directly with his challenger, Josephine Townsend, in her post as Vancouver’s city prosecutor before she resigned in lieu of termination. We need Tony Golik to be our prosecutor. Please read up on the candidates before voting on this, or any, race.
