Letter: Shootings unjustified

It’s about time that killing unarmed African-Americans should be against the law. It shouldn’t matter who you are. Whether you’re a policeman, a self-appointed vigilante or just a guy out for a good time, the killing of an unarmed African-American should be prosecuted and punished.
