Crawl space fire damages house in Brush Prairie

Fire in a crawl space damaged a house in Brush Prairie on Friday.

The fire was reported at about 7:35 p.m. at 16415 N.E. 137th Ave., according to dispatch records. A caller reported seeing smoke coming from under a corner of the house, according to emergency radio traffic.

Crews from Fire District 3 arrived to find fire in the crawl space under the house. They brought the fire under control by about 8 p.m., according to radio traffic.

The fire was under investigation by the Clark County Fire Marshal’s Office.
