The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In May, the secretary of health ended probation for massage practitioner Douglas L. Black.

In May, the secretary of health conditionally granted a certified nursing assistant credential to Eric Josef Dodds and ordered him to participate in a substance abuse monitoring program.

In May, the Nursing Commission entered an agreement with registered nurse Sarah Adair Harris that requires her to participate in a substance abuse monitoring program. Harris didn’t comply with a previous substance abuse monitoring contract.

In May, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Gale Robinson and Peter Robinson of its intent to issue cease-and-desist orders. Charges say the Robinsons, who don’t have veterinary licenses, own pet care businesses that provide veterinary dental services for a fee. Gale Robinson allegedly performs veterinary dental services without a license.

In May, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Baozhu Wu of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Wu allegedly performed massage without a license.

In May, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Haibin Yu of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Charges say Yu owns a business where unlicensed employees provided massage services.

In May, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Xiuyu Zhan of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Zhan allegedly performed massage without a license.
