Clark County Public Health is accepting nominations for the annual Public Health Community Award.
The award recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions in promoting and protecting community health.
Nomination forms are available on the public health website, www.clark.wa.gov/public-health. Completed forms can be submitted online, by mail or in person. Nominations are due March 31.
A committee of the Public Health Advisory Council will review nominations and make a selection. The council is especially interested in hearing about individuals or organizations that work to prevent health problems, forge partnerships and strive for communitywide outcomes.
The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health meeting at 9 a.m. April 22.
