Boys basketball: Battle Ground 53, Skyview 46

Devin Johnson had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, and Nate Moring scored 15 points in Battle Ground’s win at Skyview.

Skyview closed to within four points in the third quarter when Marcus Lord left the game with a concussion after taking a charge. He had a team-high 14 points and seven rebounds.

Skyview struggled from beyond the 3-point line, make just 1 of 11 attempts.

Moring scored 13 of his 15 points in the first half for Battle Ground, making three 3-pointers.
