OAK GROVE, Ore. — The Clackamas County sheriff’s office says the driver of a Maserati could be charged with vehicular homicide for the crash that killed a passenger.
Deputies told KATU speed and alcohol could have caused the expensive sports car to crash around midnight Sunday into a pole in Oak Grove.
Emergency responders found the passenger dead at the scene. The driver was taken to a hospital.
