The following are local land-use proposals. Clark County or one of its cities may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

NORTHEAST HAZEL DELL: Fred Meyer Stores seeks approval to build a fuel station with an attendant’s kiosk, 18 dispensing positions and underground tanks on 2.18 acres at 7400 N.E.
