Portland International Film Festival, through Feb. 21. More than 150 films, 97 features and 60 shorts, will be part of the festival, including this year’s Best Foregin Language submissions for Oscar and films made in Oregon. Portland Jazz Festival, through March 1. The festival will host a variety of established, legacy and emerging jazz artists at venues across the city. Portland Spring Home and Garden Show, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 20; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 21; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 22.
