Understanding financial ratios: Vancouver SCORE helps entrepreneurs better understand their company’s business financial statements and how to use them to manage a small business, 1 to 4 p.m. at the SCORE office, 4001 Main St., Room 120, Vancouver. The seminar will be led by Bill Ruttledge, who has more than 40 years’ business experience. Fee tax help for low income: AARP Tax-Aide volunteers, trained in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service, will offer free assistance with personal income tax returns at six locations around Clark County. Nine locations will be open to assist taxpayers with tax issues related to Affordable Care Act, Health Savings Account and Earned Income Tax Credit. Photo identification is required for the taxpayer, and spouse if present, plus all income tax documents and prior year’s tax return.
