The sale will be Jan. 16 to 19. It will be in Library Hall, downstairs at the district headquarters (the former Vancouver Community Library), 1007 E. Mill Plain Blvd.

Hours will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 16 through Jan. 18, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 19.

The “bookapalooza” used book sale features surplus library books and will feature all categories. They include infant board books, children’s books, young adult, classics, large print books, reference, romance novels, travel guides, biographies, foreign language books, mysteries, science fiction, encyclopedias, graphic novels, history books, educational materials, cookbooks and gardening books.

They will be priced at $1 for trade paperbacks and hardbacks, and 50 cents for mass market paperbacks. Additional books will be added each day.
