The Beavers couldn’t overcome a cold shooting night to win on the road in the 2A Greater St. Helens League.

The Beavers were 1 for 16 from 3-point range. Jake Rosebalm had 12 points and nine rebounds, and Tanner Sixberry added 16 points for Woodland.

“I thought we played good enough defense to win,” Woodland coach Jason Buffum said. “But we gave them too many opportunities with too many offensive rebounds. And the open 3s just wouldn’t fall for us.”
