Umpqua Foundation boosts Clark County charities

Clark County — The Umpqua Bank Charitable Foundation, headquartered in Roseburg, Ore., recently awarded $300,000 in grants for nonprofit organizations focused on youth development and education and economic opportunity throughout the Pacific Northwest. Clark County grant winners include:

• Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington: $5,000

• Bridge the Gap Ministries: $2,500

• Community Housing Resource Center: $5,000

• Evergreen Habitat for Humanity: $5,000

• Innovative Services NW: $4,000

• Journey Theater Arts Group: $2,500
