DS Property Holdings buys three-building complex

DS Property Holdings 4 of Vancouver has purchased the three-building commercial complex at 14201 N.E. 20th Ave. in Vancouver, from I.S. Investments Inc. for $7.3 million. The complex includes two single-floor retail buildings and a two-floor office building. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the buyer and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.
