The Port of Camas-Washougal has awarded a $2.24 million contract to Team Construction to construct Building 17 at Steigerwald Commerce Center, the port said in a news release.
Team Construction is expected to begin building the 24,300-square-foot facility in August. A portion of the building will be leased by Foods in Season, a longtime port tenant and gourmet fresh food supplier.
The port commission approved the construction contract during its July 7 regular meeting.
