As part of a community visioning process, the Vancouver City Council is inviting all who live, work or play in the city to fill out a short survey.

The results of the visioning process will be used to develop the city’s new strategic plan.

The survey can be filled out online at www.cityofvancouver.us/whatsnext. Paper copies of the survey, which can be mailed back to the city, are available at Vancouver City Hall, Marshall/Luepke Community Center, Firstenburg Community Center, Vancouver Tennis Center and the Water Resources Education Center.

The survey is the first of several opportunities for the public to participate in the development of the city’s new strategic plan, which will be finalized in early 2016. The plan will define what kind of city people want Vancouver to be, what people want for the future, the city’s most pressing issues in the next five to 10 years and what the city’s priorities should be.

For more information and to sign up for email updates, go to www.cityofvancouver.us/strategicplan.
