Scholarships

RIDGEFIELD HIGH SCHOOL

These 2015 graduates reported receiving the following scholarships:

Ryan Alderman received a renewable President’s Scholarship from the University of Portland.

Tevin Atkinson received a renewable President’s Scholarship from the University of Portland.

Bridget Beatson received a renewable university scholarship from Brigham Young University, and scholarships from the Ridgefield Lions Club Ridgefield Booster Club.

Kaylene Brink received an Opportunity Pathway Scholarship and a President’s Scholarship, both from Western Washington University, an Aja Leigh Gerrity Memorial Scholarship, and a scholarship from the Ridgefield Booster Club.

Ashley Christensen plans to study at Clark College. She received a renewable KMR Group Foundation Scholarship, a Clark County Fair Association/ Pomona Grange Scholarship, and a Clark College Foundation Scholarship.

Katherine Collins received a renewable dean’s award from Concordia University.

Adam DeBroeck received a renewable Faculty Scholarship from Pacific Lutheran University, and a renewable Washington State Opportunities Scholarship.

Grant Gaspar received a renewable Academic Scholarship from Purdue University.

Bailey Hooghkirk received a Viticulture & Enology Scholarship from Washington State University.

Rena Jones received a grant from the University of California, Davis. She also received a Henry Ronald Smits Memorial Scholarship, and scholarships from the Ridgefield Lions Club and the Ridgefield Booster Club.

Emily Langdon received a Foundation Scholarship and a Soccer Scholarship, both renewable, from Treasure Valley Community College.

Madison Laycoe received a renewable Merit Scholarship from Central Washington University. She also received a Magna Carta 800th Anniversary Scholarship and a Golden Grad Alumni and Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation Scholarship.

Juan Maldanado received a Golden Grad Alumni and Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation Scholarship.

Bill Martin received a Golden Grad Alumni and Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation Scholarship.

Grant Mersinger received a Golden Grad Alumni and Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation Scholarship.

Raigan Page received a renewable Opportunity Pathway Scholarship, a renewable President’s Scholarship, a renewable Athletic Scholarship, a renewable Multi-Cultural Diversity Scholarship, all from Western Washington University. She also received a scholarships from the Mary Christian Jones Trust Fund, the Ridgefield Lions Club and the Ridgefield Leos Club.

Reeya Patel plans to study at the University of Washington. She received scholarships from the Ridgefield Lions Club and the Ridgefield Leos Club.

Victoria Pfeifer received a renewable dean’s scholar award from Seattle Pacific University, a renewable Westminster Founder’s Scholarship, and a renewable Seattle Pacific Grant.

Cami Pickett received a renewable Presidential/Athletic Scholarship from Upper Iowa University.

Micah Ritchie received scholarships from University North Texas and Walnut Grove Church.

Madison Rooney plans to study at Clark College. She received a AWC Scholarship from the city of Ridgefield, a KMR Group Foundation Scholarship, a Golden Grad Alumni and Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation Scholarship, and a scholarship from the Ridgefield Federated Women’s Club.

Alexandra Serface received a renewable Academic Scholarship, a renewable Regents Award, and a Dean’s Scholarship, all from Washington State University.

Abigail Smithline received a renewable President’s Scholarship and a renewable grant, both from the University of Portland.

Bailey Smithline received a renewable President’s Scholarship and a renewable grant, both from the University of Portland.

Colin Stalcup plans to study at Western Washington University. He received a scholarship from the Ridgefield Education Association.

Carter Strader received a renewable Provost Scholarship from Oregon State University.

Rebecca Werbowski received scholarships from the Ridgefield Lions Club, the Ridgefield Leos Club and the Ridgefield Booster Club. She plans to study at the University of Washington.
