Vancouver Heights — The Women’s Funding Alliance gave a $15,000 grant to the Southwest Washington Child Care Consortium to start an after-school science, technology, engineering and math program at McLoughlin Middle School for girls in grades six through eight. The money will also go to field trips so the group can see STEM-related careers firsthand.
