PORTLAND — Police are looking for two men they say forced their way into a southeast Portland home and assaulted a man living there.
KGW-TV reports that the man was seriously injured and told police that two men entered his home on Tuesday and beat him with an unknown object.
Police say the men knocked on the door and forced their way inside when the resident answered. The resident said the men rummaged through his belongings before leaving. It’s not clear if anything was stolen.
The resident was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police expect him to survive.
