Hazel Dell — The Columbia Mothers of Twins Club named Sandy Pagel the organization’s 2015 Mother of the Year. She’s been with the club since 1981, and has held all executive offices and most of the chairmomships . Pagel and her husband have 37-year-old fraternal twin daughters, Amy and Angela.
