The Clark College Concert Band, under the direction of Richard Inouye, will perform the national anthem at Sunday’s baseball game between the Oakland Athletics and the Los Angeles Angels. The first pitch will be thrown out at 1:05 p.m. at O.co Coliseum in Oakland, Calif.
