A Level III sex offender, considered among those most likely to re-offend, recently moved to the Minnehaha area. Brian M. Osborn, 44, registered at an address in the 3300 block of Northeast May Street.
He’s described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
In September, Osborn was convicted of indecent exposure for exposing himself to a female walking by his residence. He was also convicted of indecent exposure in 2009 and 2010 for similar acts.
In 2006, he was convicted of indecent liberties for touching the breast of a 16-year-old girl at a bus stop. Two years earlier, he was found guilty of lewd conduct for exposing himself to two women.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit will monitor Osborn, who’s not wanted by police at this time.
