The Portland airport carpet that set off a social media frenzy and generated national headlines will soon be available for purchase.
Four local vendors have been chosen to receive 1,000 square yards of the popular 30-year-old carpet.
The four vendors are City Liquidators, Carpet Mill Outlet and Two Dogs in a Boat, all of Portland, and Nagl Floor Covering, based in Aurora, Ore.
The vendors may sell the carpet or create products such as floor mats, coasters and wall hangings.
