Letter: Ruling of highest court discounted

The Columbian
Published: March 16, 2015, 12:00am

Regarding the posting of “In God We Trust” on the wall of the Clark County council chambers, this action seems to fly in the face of the U.S. Supreme Court’s opinion that ruled “government should not prefer one religion to another, or religion to irreligion.”

On a personal note, I don’t believe that superstitions such as theism have any place in halls of government.
