LEGISLATIVE PAGE PROGRAM

Kastine Cook, a student at Vancouver School of Arts & Academics, recently served as a page for one week in the Washington State House of Representatives in Olympia. She was sponsored by Rep. Sharon Wylie, D-Vancouver. Kastine is the daughter of Katrina and Jon Cook of Vancouver.

Connor Smith, a freshman at CAM Academy, spent one week working as a page for the Washington State Senate at the capitol in Olympia, sponsored by Sen. Don Benton, R-Vancouver. Connor is the son of Karen Smith of Battle Ground.

SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION

Jasmine Koss, Columbia River High School student, was named a semifinalist in the national Washington Crossing Foundation Scholarship event.
