Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

BMP Design, a civil engineering and land surveying firm, has leased 880 square feet of office space at 12214 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 203, Vancouver, from Jeffrey Smith and Melanie Smith. Adam Roselli and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Elite 48 Investments has purchased a 995-square-foot building at 104 S.E. 101st Ave., Vancouver, from Blake Holdings. The building is to be used for a medical business. The purchase price was $192,500. Charlie Kleier and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Orchard’s Auto License is relocating and has leased 1,968 square feet of retail space at Evergreen Plaza Shopping Center, 11820 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Suite D, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is April 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Jamie Nelson of Elliott Associates represented the landlord.

Urban NW Homes has purchased 33 acres at 26603 N.E. 10th Ave., Ridgefield, from Johanna Schuster Trustee. The purchase price was $1,450,000. Sierk Braam of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller, and Alan Everidge of Stadler Realty Group represented the buyer.

Woodland Wheelchair Service, a wheelchair taxi service, has leased 500 square feet at 1331 N. Goerig Street, Suite A-1, Woodland, from PeaceHealth St. John. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
