A Vancouver-based developer is proposing a three-building commercial development on vacant land at 14900 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd.

Delta Management Co. of Vancouver has submitted a preliminary application to the city for a project it has named Asian Corner. The development plan for the 3.52 acre site calls for 59,700 square feet of commercial space that would include 24,700 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of specialty retail space. The project would house a hair salon, coffee shop, fast-food and sit-down restaurants and 200 parking spaces.

The preliminary development application lists Sadri Asghar, trustee, as the property owner.

Vancouver’s development services office will hold a meeting on the proposal at 9 a.m. April 16 at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. 6th St., in the Alder Conference Room. For information, contact Andrew Reule at 360-487-7891 or Andrew.Reule@cityofvancouver.us.
