Balanced attack leads Clark men past Multnomah JV

Five players scored in double figures as the Clark College men’s basketball team beat Multnomah University’s JV squad 93-63 Tuesday in Portland.

Micah Paulson led all scorers with 15 points and Darrius Mathis added 13 points. Devon Hawkins had nine points and nine rebounds.

The Penguins forced 16 steals and shot 50 percent from the field, including 43 percent from 3-point range.

Clark (2-0) next plays Dec. 2 at Pierce College in Lakewood. The Penguins’ home opener is Dec. 4 against Wenatchee Valley.
