Vancouver — Final results from the Nov. 3 election were certified Tuesday. There were no changes from previously announced results.
Marc Boldt, who ran with no party affiliation, was elected Clark County chair by 2,290 votes over Democrat Mike Dalesandro. Republican Liz Pike, a write-in candidate, finished 12,345 votes behind Boldt. In the county, 85,541 people voted in the election, for a voter turnout of 34 percent.
