Letter: Deal infused with secrecy

With deep divisions in political parties and citizenry, the current administration and other international powers continue to tout the Iran nuclear pact as the best deal available.

Through correspondence with congressional representation, I learned that secret deals within the United Nations prevent our congressional committees from completely researching the agreement with Iran. Secrets? What else does our diplomatic corps keep from us? This is the transparency promised by the administration in action, is it not? Thank you, Secretary of State. Would it be appropriate to add a “Bronx cheer” that sounds like “Death to America”?
