Vancouver — The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce is launching a new networking event called “Industries Quarterly” that will focus each quarter on one segment of the county’s economy.

The first of those events will focus on the local digital technology industry. It is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 13 at WooBox, 810 Main Street, 2nd floor, in Vancouver. The chamber invites anyone involved in the industry as an active participant or supporter to attend.

Attendees will include State Sen. Annette Cleveland, D-Vancouver, who serves on the Senate Energy, Environment and Technology Committee; and Sandra Towne, Vancouver’s Digital Technology Innovation Partnership administrator.

The chamber requests RSVPs at www.vancouverusa.com. The cost is $10 for chamber members and $20 for non-members. The event is sponsored by CheQitout, a new eCommerce digital technology company in downtown Vancouver.
