The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the Washington Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In June, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Hui Jun Zhu of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Charges say Zhu, who doesn’t have a massage practitioner license, owns a business where an unlicensed employee practiced massage.

In June, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Kimberlee Anne Cvitash of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Charges say Cvitash doesn’t have a massage practitioner license, but owns a business that advertises massage and solicits customers. She allegedly represented herself as a “certified massage specialist.”
