Letter: Clean house and elect Dalesandro

The Clark County council chair race is a spectacle. There’s Marc Boldt, who claims to be a Republican one day, “no preference” the next, then Republican again. If elected, he will only further contribute to the divisiveness paralyzing our county. We have Rep. Liz Pike, R-Camas, who allows money to be spent on outrageous ads with half-truths about the other candidates. She waits for a magic crown from Councilor David Madore to be placed on her head.

Finally, we have primary winner Mike Dalesandro, who initiated a clean campaign pledge and continues to promote his ideas for how to take our county forward. Dalesandro gives voters the choice we deserve. Let’s clean house at the county and move forward. Consider voting for Dalesandro as our first county chair.
